Processing
Orders are processed within 3 working days. During launches or busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Items marked "Pre-Order" may require up to 2 weeks to be processed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail or equivalent tracked service. Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days from dispatch.
EU & International orders usually arrive within 3–10 working days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@thedotobj.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Notes
Our candles are made using natural materials and housed in stainless steel vessels. Minor variations are part of the process. During warmer periods, slight softening may occur in transit—this does not affect performance.
